Dear airsubs family,

We are writing with an important update on the future of airsubs. It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that airsubs will shut down on December 1st, and the product will no longer be in service after that date.

We did not make this decision lightly. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to build airsubs into a sustainable business, and as a result we’re unable to keep the company running. We’re deeply disappointed and sorry to have let you down. We’re committed to helping you through this transition. Please see below for an FAQ and resources about migrating your business to another product.

It has been an incredible, unforgettable experience watching you build virtual businesses during the pandemic. We’re so proud to have been a small part of your journeys and we are in awe of your resourcefulness, grit, creativity and determination. Thank you so much for everything the last year and a half. It’s meant the world to us 💛

When will the product shut down?

December 1st, 2021

What does that mean?

The product and all data will no longer be accessible after that date.

What does this mean for me?

If you would like to keep your virtual business running it is necessary to find another home for your classes, on-demand videos, customers and data. Please review the resources below, download your data, and migrate your on-demand videos to another service.

What about my data? How do I download it?

You can download your data on the Reports Tab by clicking Generate Report and selecting the data you would like to download like “Orders.” Please note this will not be available after December 1st.

What about my customer list and emails? How do I download those?

You can download your customer list and emails on the Reports tab by clicking “Generate Report” and selecting “Customers.” Please note this will not be available after December 1st.

What about my on-demand videos? How do I download them?

You can download your on-demand videos on the On demand tab by clicking the download button next to each video. Please note this will not be available after December 1st.

What about unused packages?

On December 1st, all unused packages will be refunded.

What about memberships as of December 1st?

On December 1st, any active memberships will be refunded pro-rata for the current month or year. You can also cancel memberships manually from the Memberships Tab by clicking the cancel icon ∅.

We have partnered with another company, Ribbon, and will be able to migrate memberships to their product. Please reach out to us at support@airsubs.com as soon as possible to let us know if you would like help migrating your memberships to Ribbon.

What products can I use that are similar to airsubs?
