Hope you’re having a great week! We wanted to give you an update on a few changes that are coming to airsubs.
Starting next week we will be:
Offering new airsubs pricing plans based on features
Introducing a customer fee
Why are we making these changes?
We’re making these changes to ensure that airsubs is a sustainable business and can continue to deliver on our goal of giving you best-in-class tools to help you build successful businesses.
airsubs has improved over time, adding many features that we hope have made your businesses better and your lives easier. We’re updating our pricing so we can keep reinvesting in new features to improve the product, your experience, and your businesses.
What do new airsubs plans mean for you?
If you are happy with your plan, nothing is changing. You can remain on your current plan indefinitely and keep access to all airsubs features (you are grandfathered in).
So what do you need to do? If you’re happy with your plan: nothing at all. If one of our existing plans looks better to you: you can upgrade at any point before Tuesday. If you decide to change your plan after Tuesday, you will choose from one of the new plans.

On Tuesday, we’re launching new airsubs pricing plans based on different sets of features. Below is the breakdown of the new plans, including which features are included in each plan.
What you need to know about the customer service fee
On Tuesday, we’re also launching a 4% customer service fee paid by your customers at checkout. We have researched this change extensively, and we’re confident it does not impact conversion or willingness to sign up and pay for classes. We’re constantly working as hard and as fast as possible to provide all features to power your business and this will help us to do that.
